    瞎忙

     
    最近特别忙，所有的事仿佛都集中在一起；人仿佛有一个倾向，越忙越喜欢添事，不把自己搞晕整垮誓不罢休的样子，这样才觉得自己鞠躬尽瘁，是个人物。可是，你我真的有那么忙吗？忙的时候有没有分优先次序，有没有先做一些规划？很多时候，这样稍微安排一下，任务分解，逐步完成，压力也就没那么大了。
     
    管理学最基本的一本书，Peter Drucker 的《 卓有成效的管理者 The Effective Executive》讲的就是所谓管理，是从自身的管理开始，而其中重点就是个人时间管理。记录自己的行为习惯以及所花在上面的时间，你会大吃一惊：我们的忙又有多少是真实的。所以，忙的时候忽然想到这本书，多么好的道理，我们却把它留在书中；主动培养或改变自己的行为习惯是一个挑战。所以，有的人成功了，有的人还忙着。
